The department’s teaching staff includes professionals with academic titles and degrees: Doctors of Science, PhD holders, and Candidates of Science. Faculty members actively participate in interuniversity, regional, and international scientific conferences, and regularly undergo professional development courses at KAFU and other educational and research institutions.

The selection and assignment of academic staff are based on their scientific specialization, pedagogical training, and professional experience. Advanced teaching methods are regularly discussed at departmental meetings. Young teachers receive mentoring support from leading experts with extensive practical and academic experience.
